Charkoal began its journey in 2017 with a simple purpose to create a place where people could enjoy good food beneath open skies and the gentle glow of Imphal’s evening lights. As Manipur’s first rooftop barbeque destination, it soon became a cherished spot for gatherings, celebrations, and peaceful moments shared above the city.
From the golden glow of our live rooftop barbeque to the delicate harmony in every handmade dish, each flavour carries a quiet echo of our heart.
